This afternoon, we were in the waiting room before hippotherapy, and Nate looked at me and said, "Mama, I need the paci." I said, "I think if you can form a full sentence to ask for a paci, you are too old for a paci!"
Then when he was on the horse, Miss Katie saw him yawn and asked if he was sleepy. He said, "Yes. I am soooo sweepy!"
At home, I was sitting with him helping him eat some chicken and noodles and pointed out there was some celery in it, just like the Wonder Pets eat. He said, "Wonder Pets are flying animals." Yes, yes they are!
A few minutes later, he was holding up his fingers counting them, and I showed him three fingers and said, "Did you know that soon you are going to turn THREE?!" His eyes got really wide and he smiled and said, "No!" (in that tone like, get outta here!) I said, "Yes, you're almost three!" He said, "That's AWESOME!"
He's just full of funnies today.
